Part-Time Human Resource/Office Manager and Payroll Manager:

Upper Mohawk, Inc. located in Titusville, FL is seeking a well-organized professional individual with experience in office management, payroll processing and benefits administration. This position requires a dual-role involving full spectrum human resources and payroll management.

Job Summary:

The Human Resource-Office Manager Representative is responsible for the day to day operations of the human resource functions and duties.
The Payroll Manager is responsible for timekeeping, direct deposits, W-4’s and payroll preparation and processing using Replicon, Horizon and Sage MAS 90.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, who is comfortable working autonomously as with a team. The candidate should be corporate culture-focused, bringing enthusiasm to the office. The candidate will be expected to perform the following responsibilities:

Duties:
• Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all company personnel; assist in the development and implementation of employee handbook and personnel policies and procedures, in conjunction with senior management.
• Performs benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, and communicating benefit information to employees.
• Conducts recruitment efforts and conducts new-employee orientations.
• Handles employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling (EAP) and exit interviewing.
• Maintains compliance with Federal and State regulations concerning employment.
• Responsible for the facilities day-to-day operations (such as distributing building access keys and the ordering of office supplies).
• Performs accounting and clerical tasks related to ensuring the efficient, timely and accurate processing of all payroll transactions.
• Complete, verify and process all forms and documentation necessary for the administration of all Payroll related issues.
• Works closely with the Finance Manager to ensure employees receive notices in a timely manner as required, maintains and record these items as necessary.

Qualifications:
Must have experience in HR and Payroll. Prefer a bachelor’s degree or three years’ experience in relevant fields.
Basic or intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office, excel and access.
Excellent written and oral communication.
